The hotel is the result of the renovation of an old farmhouse (now an external portico) used by the local population in past eras to take advantage of the thermal water spring. The structure consists of a reception, restaurant, bar, fireplace room, 20 bedrooms (classic or deluxe) and a large SPA with a well-equipped wellness and relaxation centre. Two outdoor porches complete the structure and overlook a lawn bordering the olive grove that frames the thermal spring.
Basement floor:
In the first area you can enjoy the Sauna, Turkish Bath, Roman Bath and the innovative unique service of the Eghos double cabin that allows you to select different programmes; two treatment rooms, sulphurous water shower with hydromassage complete the area.
In the second area of the SPA there is a large freshwater pool with 14 stations inside (hydromassage bed, waterfalls for neck massage, counter-current swimming, water geysers, 3 stations for foot, back and gluteal massages). Next to the pool is a whirlpool of sulphurous thermal water at 26° connected to and continuously fed by the spring.
Next to the pools are the aromatic and emotional showers: Scottish shower, cold mist, tropical shower, side hydromassage shower.
Ground floor:
This consists of an L-shaped structure, in which the main body houses the hall, reception, a restaurant with two rooms, the kitchen, the bar and the fireplace room. While in the external wing, with access from the portico, there are three rooms with relative bathrooms.
First Floor:
This consists of a regular structure comprising 10 bedrooms with their respective bathrooms.
Second Floor:
This consists of a regular structure comprising 7 bedrooms with relative bathroom.
All the buildings forming part of the thermal compendium are in excellent condition, and do not require major maintenance and modernisation works for finishes and systems. Interesting views of green hills and plains.

A sulphurous spring at 26° from a depth of 200 metres, rich in active thermal mineral salts, unique in composition due to the particular richness of the subsoil that gushes out in an area rich in sulphurous waters.
The Repole water is a weak spring, i.e. a natural dilution of thermal salts that makes it (medical hydrology analysis by the University of Pavia) ideal for skin treatments.
It is an intelligent water, capable of recognising skin conditions and releasing and activating the thermal mineral salts it needs.
Depending on skin conditions, it has a keratoplastic action, capable of compacting dry and flaky skin.
Or keratolytic, i.e. it helps desquamation and exfoliation if the skin is oily.
Thanks to sulphur, it acts as a sebum reducer in cases of impure skin and participates in all cellular respiration processes, producing oxygen and stimulating the skin, making it useful in anti-ageing treatments.
It also performs a protective and soothing action.
